hello,

I have a couple of applications due before the LSAT scores for feb. 2017 are released (they accept feb. scores). Just in case my score is not that great can I submit an addendum after even though the deadline for my applications are way past due (this is with the intention that i have already submitted my applications and just waiting for my score to come in). This is going to be my second time taking the LSAT. My first time was in June 2014 and my score was horrible. I took a gap year after I graduated in May last year just to study for the LSAT and my pts are not where I want them to be so I am a bit nervous.

Thanks.

Hi seky,

I'm not completely clear on your question. Will your addendum be asking them to hold off on reviewing your application until your test score comes in? If so, that is a perfectly reasonable request. You should call or contact the individual schools and tell them you have a new score coming in.

However, is your addendum about your score itself? It will help if we have a bit more information. An addendum is helpful if you have information that you think the school should consider when deciding on your application. What information do you think the school should consider about your score? Let us know, and we can better assist you in making that decision. If you'd like, you can wait until after test day, as your focus should be on preparing for the test this week! Good luck!

Hey Seky,

As a quick reply, if you are asking if you can submit an addendum about your LSAT scores AFTER they come in (which is after the deadline), the answer is yes! Schools allow you to update your app, and this would qualify.

If I misunderstood, just let me know. Thanks!
