You bet! I recently did a free online seminar on LORs, and talked about thiese ideas. Tis should cover all aspects of what you want from the recommender and how to set them up with documents and an outline of what you want them to cover.

Thanks for getting back to me. I actually attended your seminar, it was great and really helpful! I have already passed along all the tips to them. I don't believe my question was addressed in it though and I apologize if it was. They just want to know if they should address it "Dear Law School Committee" or another way. I plan on using their letters for all of the schools I apply to so I wanted to keep it generic.

Ahh, I get it—I misunderstood your question! Yes, "Dear Law School Admission Committee" is perfect! You also see plenty of "To Whom It May Concern," and that is certainly acceptable as well. Anything that is friendly will work.
