Practicing Logic Games

Hello,

If I don't have access to make photocopies of games but I would like to practice and redo some games, what is the best way to do this? I've read many blogs that discourage using scratch paper so I am trying to find the best solution.

If you've crossed off or circled answers in the test book itself, erase those. Otherwise, can you cover the diagrams you made with paper and do your new diagrams on those? If the "scratch paper" is exactly the same size as the space you'd have but for the diagramming you did earlier, and it's in exactly the same place you'd have to do diagramming anyway, it shouldn't be a big deal.

Thanks for the questions, and I think I can help here. The use of scratch paper used to be verboten, but that was back when Logic Games were presented on a single page for each game. Space was at a premium back then, and using scratch paper could cause you to develop some bad habits. However, the great news is that they changed that policy a few years back, and now Games are presented on two pages each. Thus, you have plenty of room these days and so I wouldn't worry about it at all—go right ahead and use scratch paper. Space on LG is no longer an issue at all, and since they made the change I've never heard of a student having space problems.
