Hi.

Is it fair to conclude that Relative Flaw category is extension of some evidence against a position is taken to prove that the position is false or can be used in some evidence for a position is taken to prove that position is true.

More or less, although it depends on context for a final determination. There's no doubt it's an Evidence Error, however.
