Setup and Rule Diagram Explanation
This is a Balanced Basic Linear game.
The rules to this game are very simple, and it is obvious that the game will be controlled by the super-sequence created by the combination of the second and third rules. You should make the following basic setup for this game:
A decision could also be made to show all the Not Laws associated with the sequence. This approach, while useful, may be too time-consuming. A superior approach is to simply consider the relationship between the super-sequence and the variable G, and draw the obvious deductions (for example, the placement of F is restricted to guidepost 1 or 2, the placement of H is restricted to guidepost 5 or 6, and so forth).
Overall, this setup should not be intimidating, and although we could add additional dual-options above, the best decision seems to simply take the rules and attack the questions immediately.
