When will we be able to ask questions on the forum about this particular test? When does LSAC release these?

Thanks for the question! You are welcome to start asking questions about the September 2017 test on our forum! We just created sub forums for the test, and you can find them here:

RC- lsat/viewforum.php?f=1244

As for the test itself, students who took the disclosed exam receive a copy with their score reports. For everyone else, there is no set date the test will be for sale. In the past LSAC has started selling the tests shortly after scores are released, so the September 2017 exam will probably be for sale within the next month or so.
