Dear Powerscore staff,

I obtained as much LR 15 hardest questions ever, (https://www.powerscore.com/lsat/help/lr_15-hardest.cfm ) that I can get in hand.

I was wondering if you guys have more LR difficult questions that would be considered as Honorable Mentions for the 15 most difficult LR questions ever.

Hi lathlee,

Thanks for this fun question. Personally, there is one really difficult one that I always have my students do, it can be found on the October 1999 test, Question Number 16. It's a justify question and it's a doozy. I don't think that one made our list. Enjoy!

:-D

Larger scale, one semi-easy way to find some candidates on your own is to go to our test scoring system (where you can enter practice test results and get detailed feedback; free access can be found at http://students.powerscore.com/self-study/index.cfm) and look at the feedback for various tests. You don't even have to enter scores; you can simply hit Score on a "blank" response form with no answers entered and it'll give you results...they'll be a 120, but the question data is at least there :)

In the LR feedback you can see the percentage of people who chose each answer choice, and any question where fewer than 35-40% of people chose the right answer immediately becomes a contender for super-tough! Difficulty itself is often a subjective measure, but data from thousands of people all indicating singular moments of struggles quickly identify questions that are standouts in terms of challenge.

So that's what I'd do if you're looking to build a question bank of all-time-toughest!

Hi lathlee,

If you are still looking for a Justify question on the October 1999 Section 1, only about half of test takers got question #20 correct. This was the most difficult Justify question, statistically, in either section on this test.

I guess I got somewhat lucky; I just tried the Question and got it correct first time (of course with not full 100%) haha. Thx for the correction
