Hey,
This may be a dumb question, but when I submitted some of my applications I later realized that I used my overall GPA on my resume. I took classes for college credit in high school which all transfered to college. On my unofficial transcript it lists institutional and overall GPA which is a bit higher. I thought the overall was legit because it reflected the grades in all my coursework that satisfied the requirements to complete my degree.
So I put the overall GPA on my resume next to my degree granting school, but I've heard you should only put your institutional GPA on the resume. I was not trying to deceive any schools but I'm wondering if I should contact these schools and tell them what happened. Or is it hopefully not a big deal and this sort of thing happens all the time?
Thank you
