Formal Logic Problem Set #4

Hello once again!

Quick question, the explanation for number 4 for the problem set answer key is a little confusing because I'm not really sure how to get from: H :dblline: T and P :dblline: C to H :dblline: P. If someone could shed some light on this confusing question that'd be great!
