Main Point Question Stems

Will a Main Point Question stem ever include " if true " or " if the statements above are true " since it's a subsection of must be true questions?

Hmmmm. Good question. Off the top of my head, I can't think of a main point question that starts "if true," though I always hesitate to say *never.* But a good thing to keep in mind is that for both Must Be True questions generally and Main Point Questions in particular, we don't need the stimulus to say "If true"...because our default assumption is that the premises/statements in the stimulus are true. It's always nice when they add it in to remind us, but the "if true" framing doesn't change our approach. Hope that's helpful!

Interesting question! Alex is right about this: they haven't done it, yet. None of the 220+ MP questions on the modern LSAT have used that phrasing, but of course they could add it without changing the nature of what they are asking about.
