Hello!
I am having difficulties with drills on page 67-68 in the logic games bible regarding conditional reasoning. Specifically the questions that are using the Unless Equation are causing difficulties. I am wondering if you could provide me with an explanation of questions 2 and 4 and then I will attempt questions 9-12.
Question 2: G does not speak fourth unless Q speaks second.
My understanding: I read the statement as Q must speak second in order for G to speak fourth.
My diagrams:
Original: Q2 ----> G4 Contrapositive: Q4 (with a slash through it) ----> Q2 (with a slash through it)
Question 4: T dance sixth only if P dances fourth.
My understanding: I read the statement as P must dance third for T to dance sixth.
My diagrams:
Original: P3 ----> T6 Contrapositive: T6 (with a slash through it) ----> P3(with a slash through it)
Thank you in advance.
