If you feel reasonably confident you still have room to improve, then yes, it's worth it. This article talks more about that:

If it's a shaky proposition that you'll improve, then it's not nearly as certain.
Bottom line: a higher score means your chances get even more locked in AND you chances for a better financial aid package increase. Those two things make it worth it.
