I know the November LSAT is only a week left. However, I am a little worried about my test center. I didn't get a chance to select my top 1 test center. Therefore, I selected the second option which is Boston Hnes Convention Center. (BHCC) However, some people said that Convention centers are usually the kind of test centers that need to be avoided because they usually put all the students together in a very large room.
I called/emailed LSAC and they told me that I have the option to show up at my ideal test center on test day as a "standby." However, there is no guarantee whether I will be able to take the test or not. I know it sounds very risky and in a typical scenario, people won't make the risky move on such an important date. However, I keep thinking what if the environment at BHCC is not good which might affect my result?
Has anyone shown up as a standby before? Or Does anyone know the possibility it is for a standby to take the test? Anyone took the test at Hynes Convention Center in Boston?
I appreciate any experience sharing and recommendation!!
Thank you,
-C
