Hi,

I wonder if anyone could give some interview tips for Harvard, Columbia, Chicago, and any other T13 schools that have interviews. Or is there an old post I can refer to? I did a search but didn't seem to find much. I've read the info on the law schools' websites, but still not quite sure what to expect. Is there a question list?

Thanks!

Thanks for the question, Jennie. I am going to defer to some of my colleagues here who have more experience on the admissions side of things, but I'll start with this link to watch the recording of our recent Admissions Q&A webinar:

While there were a lot of other topics covered, I believe that there was some discussion on interviews that might be useful to you. Be sure to check out the discussion in the chat window along with what's going on on-screen and what the speakers are saying.

The number one thing I hear from admissions folks is to be yourself. They can smell b.s. a mile away! Just let them know who you are, be confident but not cocky, and be honest in everything you do and say. And a firm handshake, eye contact, and a smile can't hurt! Old school!

Best of luck! Stand by to see what some of our other experts have to add here.
