As this is a Not Necessarily True question, you should look for any uncertainty in the question, and in this case the only uncertainty is the choice of F or S on floor 3. Not surprisingly, answer choice (E), the only answer to address floor 3, is correct.

Hi!

For a question stem like #17, which state "which one can be false" should I expect the four incorrect answer choices to be MBT and the 1 correct answer choice to be Not Nec True?
