Hi,

I just want to make absolutely sure...it doesn't make any different if the answer choice is negated and the stimulus isn't for it to be the correct answer choice, right?

Hi Tamirra,

I think you are asking whether an answer can contain a negative whereas the stimulus does not, and the answer is yes, that's not a concern. the common example I cite is the stimulus says "You must be present for the meeting" and the answer says something similar to "You must not be absent from the meeting."

If that "double negative" scenario isn't present, I'd prefer not to see a negative in an answer but its presence alone would only make me study it more closely, not fully knock it out.
