Complete Question Explanation
(The complete setup for this game can be found here: lsat/viewtopic.php?t=16733)

The correct answer choice is (D)

This suspension question forces you to re-create your setup to the game. The substitution of another green car for one of the orange cars allows for only three solutions to the game:

As cars 1 and 3 must be green, answer choice (D) is correct.

In this question, what precludes the possibilities of:

P-G-O-G-P-G or
G-O-P-G-P-G ?

These possibilities seem logical and rule-abiding to me, but if they were true, then answer choice (D) would be incorrect, so I am stuck.

Thanks!

Nevermind! I see how they are eliminated by the rule that G cannot be 4th.
