Hello,

Hope all is well!

I graduated college 3 years ago and have held 2 jobs since then. The first job I left after a year and my current job I have held for 2 years. Do you think it is necessary that I explain, in the form of an addendum, why I left my first job after just one year? My fear is that it appears I could not handle the high intensity of my first job (it required me to work 70-80 hours/week), so I left after a year. In reality, I moved cities to be with my fiancé (now husband).

I would appreciate any advice you have on the matter. Thanks!

Best,
Alex

Hi Alex,

This is a definite NO, you do not need to explain this :-D They will not read this far into it so it's not a worry!

Thanks!
