Dave!

So I'm kind of dying inside. Listened to the podcast because a) I love you and b) I sat for the July Flex on TUESDAY. Heard you say something along the lines of, if someone took that test and remembers this like hey, in a smart ass voice because clearly, what are the odds?!!?

I sat for the February 2011 LSAT. It got me into law school. I scored 2 points higher than I had on my practice exams, but at the time, I had a two year old, and I didn't feel law school was the best idea I ever had.

So, here I am, 10 years (almost) later, doing this thing again. I REMEMBER RENT CONTROL. When you said that, I was like NO WAY. BUT, it seemed crazy easy to me at the time (which wasn't that surprising because RC is my bread and butter) and I was thinking I feel like I've done this before... odd... I'm clearly losing my mind.. but, no, I'm not. Rent control for the 170 baby!!

WHAT ARE THE ODDS, though?!

Jesus, take the wheel.

Hello M!

Thanks for the message! Two things:

a) I love you too :-D

b) Holy crap, the odds are incredibly remote! That is really amazing, but I'd say it's a great sign. 170 for the win indeed!!

Please keep me posted on what happens, I'm fascinated by this :)
