I had trouble getting answer C to give me the fully determined assignments. With Haddad assigned to be treasurer for all three committees, my diagram looked like this:

X: N -- K -- H

Y: K/N -- J -- H

Z: N -- M --- H
L ______S ______T

BUT, then I realized that I had totally forgotten that K must be assigned to Y, so then I finally figured it out!! My question is: is there a way to mark on your diagram that K must be assigned to Y that can help me remember it needs to be there? I guess I could put K/ on L & T of community Y, but want to see if there's other ways!

As you suggested, I would diagram that rule as a Split Dual Option with K/ /K in the L and T slots for Y. That's the most straightforward way to make sure that you are reminded that K has to be in Y and that if you put something else in the YL or YT slot, then K immediately goes into the other Y slot.
