BREAKING NEWS: October LSAT will be a Flex

As we've been predicting for quite a while, LSAC has just announced that the October LSAT will be a Flex exam, both in the US and worldwide!

Most test takers will test on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday during the week of October 3rd. If anyone has any questions about the test format, just let me know.

About when (your best estimate) should we expect to receive information about sign-ups for our more specific time?

Do you anticipate LSAC re-introducing a second LR section anytime in the near future?
LR is my strongest section, so obviously I'd prefer to normal LSAT format.

Not for a month or so. The signup info for August appeared just over two weeks before that test date!

No, not through this year. It's something we've discussed on our podcast as being a change they should make for future Flex exams, but there's no indication currently that it would happen any time soon. It will only happen when they conclude this test format is around for the long haul, and they aren't there yet
