Hi,

I'd originally chosen D, but now I see the "prevailing standards" of the time before "now" is not mentioned in the stimulus, hence it doesn't pass the Fact Test.
As for the answer being C, is it because of line 35, where it says secondary occultations became "more commonly reported," and thus astronomers were "less likely then" to have reported them?
