Hi, could someone give me an idea of how long LSAC typically takes to review and respond to an official test day complaint? I need to know whether or not to expect a response within the six day window of being able to cancel my score. I had an issue due to the proctor taking control of my computer during a timed section of the test for approximately 2 minutes for a system check and this caused me extreme anxiety that I feel had a negative impact on my test performance.

Okay, got my answer - I called LSAC and they told me I should get a response within 24-48 hours. Hope no one else has to deal with this sort of issue.
