Apparently what I'm doing (studying for the LSAT) is very rare among aspies but I'm doing my best.
It gets frustrating when you have all these ideas associated with the ideas that come up on the test and I'm wondering if there is anyone else out there who knows what I mean.

I would welcome any and all advice on concentration, etc.

Thanks for looking and good luck to you. :)

Neurodiverse with ADHD here. I have this same exact problem so you are not alone and it's comforting to know other people encounter this as well!
I use the forest app for concentration because it rewards me for studying and I hate killing a tree (Even if it's fake lol). Also the pomodoro technique has been incredibly helpful. Having study buddies, who I check in with or study over zoom with (just sitting there, making sure we are both studying/paying attention which simulated a library like environment) has been probably most helpful for me.
