You should definitely send an email to LSAC to get clarification on that point, but given that no scratch paper was ever allowed on the paper test, and that the booklet will provide you with lots of blank space to do your diagramming, I think it's a reasonable bet that you will neither be allowed any extra paper nor will you need any.
Also, plan on using an analog watch as your timer. If they allow it, great, that way you don't have to rely entirely on looking up at your computer screen. If they say no, you can only use the on-screen timer, then no problem, you just take the watch off and put it in a drawer. Analog only, though, nothing electronic/digital and no smart watches!
