I picked the wrong answer E partly because I saw two flaws in the stimulus which resonated in option E and not D.
The first flaw is it equates the qualities of a group with the qualities of an individual member of that group which is evident in options E and D.
The second flaw is that it talks about two different scenarios one in the past and one that will happen currently and equates their characteristics together. For example, Amlec panel showed itself to be reasonable and fair. The simdon dispute are justified in the confidence they have expressed in the reasonableness and fairness of the arbitrator. There are two different scenarios one in the past and one in present and characteristics don't necessarily have to be the same for both of them. This is why I chose E because it showed two different scenarios one is past and one present whereas D fails to do that
