Complete Question Explanation
(The complete setup for this game can be found here: lsat/viewtopic.php?t=1698)

The correct answer choice is (C)

If F is not the driver of a car, then from the first two rules we can deduce that G drives the car H is in (along with L), and K drives the car J is in. Because G, L, and H must drive together, and the question stem stipulates that F travels in car 1 with two other workers, we can determine that G, L, and H must be in car 2, and F must be in car 1, along with J and K:

Accordingly, answer choice (C) is correct.

For this question I chose D. Is it wring because K is the driver and J is the other person who does not drive? I read this as "who is F in the car with and who is the driver." Not the way it was posted. :-? LSAT really is tricky with wording, you can do the correct work and get the answer wrong and on time constraint =(

That was a little bit of a misreading of the question, katnyc. "the person in car 1 other than Faith and the driver" means the person who is not F AND who is not the driver. We need to know who the other passenger is! Yes, we do have to be very careful about how we read and interpret the questions. They don't write them in plain English the way most people talk, and that makes studying for the LSAT often feel like studying a foreign language. It's English, of course, but a very formal, structured, logical application of the language, the way you'll find it in legal documents, laws, and judges' decisions. Best get used to that now, since you'll be reading a lot more like it in law school!
