Flex format changes since late 2020

I took the LSAT-flex several times in 2020 when it was a three section test, took a long study break and picked back up a few months ago, and am ready to go for January. From when I took it before (3 section flex), I know there are now four sections -- one of which is experimental -- and a break after the first two, and have been doing my practice tests as such, However, I am having trouble finding more info on the new format like whether/how we can go to the bathroom after section 2, etc. Did you guys do a podcast or blogpost on that? And do you know when/where LSAC posted their official policies?

Just trying to know what to expect in terms of logistics.
