Hi!!

I got this question correct but flagged it because it took me a significant amount of time to come to my answer. I wanted to double-check the reasoning behind it.

Is C correct because, if the beginner readers used solely context to sound out words, they would perform worse with the list of words because it lacks context?

Thanks in advance!
