How do I get to the recordings through Blackboard?

Hello everyone!

I just finished my first class through Blackboard and tried to access my recording, but when I enter the search parameters, it says that no recordings were found. Blackboard said that my course was recording the entire time, so what am I doing wrong?

Hi Tabitha!

Thanks for your question. The recording closes and is available for review when the last attendee exits the virtual classroom. It is possible that one of your classmates was still logged-in to the session if you attempted to view the recording right after class. If you give it a try now, you should be able to access the recording.
