Hi,
I took the December LSAT yesterday, and like many other test takers, I was taken aback by the Pattern Game in LG and am worried about my performance in LR (I usually finish the sections, and sometimes don't get to 1 or 2 questions) and I didn't finish either section in time and had to guess on at least 4 or 5 questions that I didn't get to in each section. Anyways, I am considering retaking in February, but I'm worried that applying so late in the game and being a part of the last batch of applications will severely hurt my chances of admission at law schools. Even if I manage to get a good score in February (assuming that I need to retake), I would be competing for the few spots that are left at the schools. I know a lot of schools say that they accept the February LSAT, but is it really worth it to apply so late in the cycle? Would I be better off potentially taking a year off and applying during the next school year? I know that is a big decision to make, and a lot of it depends on if I personally want to wait that long before I go to law school, but I guess I'm looking for some insight on how badly (or not) taking the Feb LSAT and applying that late would affect my chances of admission. Thank you.
