Hello powerscore,
Could someone please check my approach for this question and see if I have identified the conclusion correct ?
1) formal education <some> good musical education
2) parents who want to provide strong foundation --> formal education
C: parents who want to provide strong foundation--> should provide them with good musical education
Flaw : the author is making an all statement from a some statement that doesn't even connect properly . We could have made an inference If formal educationa in statement 2 was a sufficient condition . But we can't attach a some statement to a necess condition and that's why answer choice D is correct.
Thanks
John
